Monica explores growth opportunities both within and without the markets that RDP operates in. She collaborates closely with other departments to uncover synergies across business units and identify business opportunities that are more inter-departmental in nature.  Monica is on a constant look-out for innovative technologies that complements existing capabilities and enhances our products and services. She currently overseas the energy storage system and electric vehicle charging projects.

Before joining RDP, Monica did an MBA in Energy Management in the Technical University of Berlin. And prior to her postgrad studies, Monica worked on strategy consulting projects with Singapore governmental agencies and telecom business development projects in frontier markets such as Nepal, Cambodia, and Tanzania. She and her team clinched the third national telecom licence in Nepal after a successful construction and deployment of rural network worth USD50mn.
