Dr. Vorasayan has devoted over 8 years at Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, in the field of energy conservation promotion in Thailand, with focus on enforcement of the energy conservation law and energy management in designated facilities. He is involved in the establishment of the recent 20th year Energy Efficiency Plan, and takes part in a number of financial-related energy efficiency projects.
He graduated from Loughborough University in the UK, where he obtained his doctoral degree in renewable energy. With his expertise in energy conservation, especially regarding policies implementation, energy efficiency financial support programme, Dr. Vorasayan has been invited as a distinguished speaker, as well as lecturer for universities to a multitude of audiences with passion toward energy conservation.
