Dr. Xie has 19 years of extensive experience working in the public and private sectors, led over 200 projects covering key areas of Transport Planning, Transport Modelling and Urban Mobility.  Before joining mobilityX, he spent about 10 years in the Land Transport Authority of Singapore as its Assistant Chief Specialist (Road & Traffic) and Senior Manager (Policy & Planning).  Dr. Xie has been part-time teaching postgraduate programme on Urban Transport Planning at Nanyang Technological University since 2013.  He has also been a reviewer of technical papers for top-tier international journals in the fields of Urban Transportation in the last 10 years.
