Audray Souche has been working in the South-east Asian region since 2004, combining a general commercial/foreign investment experience with a specialized experience on energy and infrastructure projects.

She has been leading DFDL teams on numerous energy project developments, financing and technical assistance matters in the Lao PDR, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam and Bhutan. After having worked in Phnom Penh, and in DFDL’s Vientiane and Ho Chi Minh City offices, she has been based in the Bangkok office since 2012. Audray is the head of the Clean Energy Division and has extensive experience on the development, financing and acquisition of renewable projects in Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia; she led the DFDL team on the P-Fund initiative financed by USAID to promote financing of renewable energy projects in the region as well as on various other technical assistance initiatives to promote the development of renewable energy projects. She makes regular presentations on the legal frameworks for the development and financing of renewable energy projects in the CLMV region.
