IRENA
Badariah Yosiyana is a Programme Officer under the Country Engagement and Partnership Division at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). She manages the Agency's work on supporting Southeast Asia in the development and implementation of national and regional renewable energy strategies and programmes through IRENA's regional initiatives and under the ASEAN-IRENA Memorandum of Understanding framework.
Prior to working at IRENA, she was a manager at ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), leading the ASEAN-German Energy Programme focusing on renewables and energy efficiency. In addition, she worked with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on the climate change project in Indonesia where she was responsible for the development of the National and Local Action Plan on GHG Emission Reduction.
She holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Environmental Engineering.
