Natasha specialises in delivering growth, deal and operational strategy for clients within the Energy, Automotive and wider ‘Mobility’ sectors. Starting her career in downstream Oil & Gas, Natasha is now working with clients across the ‘Mobility’ ecosystem to evaluate the impact of Electric Vehicles, Autonomous Vehicles and Mobility-as-a-Service on their financial, business and operating models.
Recent projects include:
- Disruption strategy and assessment: Supporting a large Financial Services company evaluate its portfolio exposure to the automotive sector in the context of the ‘Mobility’ disruption and supporting development of a response strategy including stakeholder engagement
- Market study: Supported development of the ‘house-view’ of the market size for UK EV charging for the UK’s network of largest grid-level battery storage provider
- Deal advisory/strategic options: Market scan for a Norwegian EV Charging Operator looking for an acquisition target in the UK EV charging market
- Investment strategy: Bid support for an asset manager tendering to HM Treasury for the UK Charging Infrastructure Investment Fund (CIIF) including overall bid review, as well as investment strategy challenge
- Growth strategy: Lead advisor for a ‘Big 6’ UK power utility company to understand the Electric Vehicle value chain, value pools and competitive intensity both today and in 2030 and support development of their strategic and participation options within this EV landscape
- Commercial and investment diligence: Lead on the c. £18bn Hinkley Point C nuclear power transaction, identified commercial risks valued at c. £1bn within the Design and Schedule workstreams and supported development of appropriate mitigations
- Market entry strategy and business model development: for a Chinese client looking to enter the US, UK, German and French clean-energy sectors (specifically distributed generation, energy efficiency, storage)
