Dr JING Tao is a Principal Metrologist from National Metrology Centre, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. He has worked as a lecturer and a researcher in the areas of high voltage technology and electrical metrology. He was an international adversary committee member for International conference on property and applications of dielectric materials, and is a technical review committee member of International conference on precision electromagnetic measurements. His research interests include insulation design, flashover failure analysis, electrostatic charge control, and low frequency electrical metrology. He is a senior member of the IEEE.
