Mr Lim Yeow Keong is Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Origination at Sembcorp. He is responsible for the growth and profitability of a diversified business portfolio that includes retail power, downstream integrated urban sustainability solutions in energy, water and waste management, as well as centralised utilities sales comprising power, steam, gas, industrial water supply and wastewater treatment.
With over two decades of experience in the energy and multi-utilities space, Yeow Keong’s expertise spans utility-scale project development, business development and asset management.
He was instrumental in the development of Sembcorp’s utilities business in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. As CEO of Sembcorp Salalah Power & Water Company, a US$1 billion greenfield integrated water and power plant project in the Sultanate of Oman, Yeow Keong was responsible for project development from origination to commercial operation and the company’s eventual listing on the Muscat Securities Market.
He holds a first class honours degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto in Canada.
