Miguel Revolo is an expert in the electricity and natural gas sectors, with 35 years of professional experience. He worked in the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Energy and Mining (OSINERGMIN) as Manager of Electricity Distribution Regulation and Natural Gas Regulation Manager between 2001 and 2019. He has been head of the Electricity Distribution Division in the Electricity Rates Commission ( CTE) from 1996 to 2001. He held at Electrocentro SA the Cáceres Sur - Huancavelica Regional Management in 1992 and 1993. Additionally, in Electrocentro, he held various management positions between 1985 and 1993. Finally, he worked in Electroperú in 1982 and 1984-1985.
He is professor of the Master in Energy Management - ESAN and professor at the Corporate University of the Regional Energy Integration Commission (CIER). He has also been a part-time professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the National University of Central Peru. He participates as an exhibitor on regulatory issues in workshops organized by the World Bank in North America and sub-Saharan Africa.
