Tobias Kadziela joined Siemens in 2011 and has worked in various functions for the power generation business.

Since 2018 he has been part of the Sales Operations department in Singapore.

Tobias and his team are in charge of the business partner management, development of new business fields, marketing and the overall regional strategy of the power generation portfolio.

Prior to this role, Tobias served as consultant to the CEO of the energy sector In this role, he positioned. Siemens as thought leader in the power sector by creating country energy concepts as well as scenario analyses for the top management, customers, governments and other institutions. He understands the challenge to create an energy system that fulfills all necessary requirements. He has experience in managing cross functional teams to create feedback loops from sales to other parts of the Siemens

organization, e g R&D, portfolio management.

Before joining Siemens, Tobias finished his master studies. Tobias holds a Master of science in mechanical engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany. He did his master thesis at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Tobias is German citizen, 35 year old, married, has two children and has been living in Singapore since February 2018.
