Todd Moss is executive director of the Energy for Growth Hub. He’s also a nonresident fellow at the Center for Energy Studies at Rice University’s Baker Institute, at the Payne Institute at the Colorado School of Mines, and at the Center for Global Development. Todd previously served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and has worked at Georgetown University, LSE, and the World Bank. He’s the author of African Development: Making Sense of the Issues and Actors (2018) and Oil to Cash: Fighting the Resource Curse with Cash Transfers (2015). Todd’s PhD is from the University of London’s SOAS and his BA is from Tufts University. Todd is also an international thriller author, including the Judd Ryker diplomatic series for Penguin Books.
