Henry has over 15 years’ experience in the industry with extensive project portfolios at different stages of the lifecycle as well as experience managing complex collaboration and innovation projects. As Director of New Mobility Technologies in Connected Places Catapult, Henry leads the team of multi-disciplinary specialist to focus on growing businesses with innovations in mobility services that enable new levels of physical, digital and social connectedness through intersection between public and private sectors and between local government and transport authorities. Henry’s appointment will enable the TAS Hub (Trustworthy Autonomous Systems Hub) to accelerate research and innovation to meet industry and societal needs, creating a sustainable society.
Henry began he career as a Systems Engineer working on the first of class T45 Destroyer and quickly worked his way into engineering project management delivering different engineering projects including delivering unmanned air system, autonomous vehicle, strategy for secure network & information systems, co-ordinate cross industry to develop future navy technology and complex system evaluation experiments. Henry is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, a Chartered Engineer and a member of International Council on Systems Engineering.
