Rama Ganguli is a Principal Engineer within the Future Energy Systems team at the Australian Energy Market Operator. In this role, he is engaged in the technical, economic, and strategic consideration of the transition to a high renewable future. This includes investigating power system needs and emerging operational challenges and identifying and progressing necessary changes. His current focus is on the technical integration of distributed energy resources within the power system and market – in particular, bulk system challenges, system integration and standards.
