Valentin Musangwa is Second Secretary at the Norwegian Embassy in Jakarta primarily tasked with Norway-ASEAN relations. He also covers bilateral relations, notably human rights and foreign policy and security.

He has previous experience from a number of multilateral organisations, including the OECD, the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and the UN.
