Adrian Rouse is a technical team lead at Deloitte with over 25 years of experience in the power industry. He supports the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Energy Resources Japan-U.S. Mekong Power Partnership (JUMPP) and Clean (Enhancing Development and Growth Through Energy Asia) EDGE Asia programs, which advance sustainable, clean energy development and growth in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Rouse has recently led teams that have helped ministries, utilities, and regulators, including those in Southeast Asia, make the policy, planning, operational, and infrastructural changes necessary to deploy, scale, and optimize renewable energy technologies, including energy storage. His experience includes developing solutions for utility analytics, advanced distributed energy resource planning and assessing the economic value of integrating energy storage. Mr. Rouse was previously a Director at Siemens Digital Grid, serving some of the largest utilities in the United States in areas such as grid modernization, transportation electrification, and technology strategy.
Mr. Rouse received a Master of Business Administration degree from Warwick University and a Higher National Diploma from Watford College.
