Ms Celestine Lee is responsible for managing Sembcorp's energy portfolio and originating customer-led energy solutions in Singapore. She oversees the development and negotiation of long-term power purchase agreements, delivering tailored solutions that may combine conventional power, renewable energy, energy storage, biomethane and other low-carbon technologies to meet customers' evolving needs.
With more than a decade of experience in the energy, gas and utilities sector, Ms Lee has held various roles across commercial sales, business development, portfolio strategy and planning. She has worked closely with customers in energy-intensive sectors, including data centres and advanced manufacturing, and previously played a key role in expanding Sembcorp's renewable energy business in Indonesia. She is conversant in Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ms Lee holds a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
