Ms. Claudia Vasquez is the Practice Manager for Energy & Extractives Global Practice, East Asia and Pacific Region, Infrastructure Department. Ms. Vasquez has over 15 years of experience in leading the design and implementation of infrastructure programs that economic development. Ms. Vasquez has experience working in several countries. She developed cross-sectoral policy reform programs and projects to support low-carbon infrastructure development in EU countries, Colombia, Mexico and the Western Balkans. Ms. Vasquez holds a PhD and Master Degrees on Energy Economics from The Ecole Nationale de Petrol et Moteurs in France and an Undergraduate Degree in Industrial Engineering.
