Jason Lee

Jason Lee is Managing Director and Country Head of OCBC Australia where he is responsible for leading the Bank’s operations across Australasia. He oversees highly experienced wholesale banking teams active in real estate finance, project finance, corporate banking, and treasury services.

With over three decades of experience in corporate and investment banking, Jason has held senior leadership roles at major global financial institutions. Prior to joining OCBC in 2015, he served as Managing Director and Head of Corporate & Investment Banking at Crédit Agricole. He was also Managing Director & Head of Debt Capital Markets at JPMorgan, and Global Head of Capital Markets at Westpac Institutional Bank.

Throughout his career, Jason has built a strong track record in advising large institutions on financing strategy and execution both domestically and cross-border, into Asia, the US and Europe. He is known for his client-focused approach and deep understanding of financial market dynamics.
