Jean Barroca holds a degree from Instituto Superior Técnico and a Master's in Business Management from Instituto Superior de Gestão, with a specialisation in innovation.
He developed his professional career at the World Bank, where he served from 2012 to 2018, before joining the consultancy Deloitte as a Partner in 2019.
