Zac White

Zac works as the Head, Corporate and Project Finance at OCBC Sydney Branch. Zac has held this position for the last 4 years. Prior to his time in OCBC, Zac has worked for 20 years in the Australian banking market, primarily focused on power, infrastructure and utilities transactions in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Zac’s experience in power markets extends to most generating technologies. Zac financed a number of project financed coal-fired stations through the iterations of carbon policy, saw the introduction of wind generating assets following the legislation of the Renewable Energy Target, and has since financed both gas-fired stations and more recently BESS installations.

Zac has also worked through the power supply chain including working on the various NSW privatisation processes for Transgrid, Ausgrid and Endeavour, as well as financing a range of gentailers, as well as distributed power/behind-the-gate providers.

Otherwise, Zac’s experience stretches into other Project Finance transactions in PPP, road, airport and port as well as a range of LNG transactions.
Zac has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws degrees.
